Glacial Mountain Salmon
Our premium Chinook (or King) salmon are grown in the glacial waters of the Mackenzie Country hydro canals. The constant flow of pristine water makes our salmon firm in flesh, and mild on the palate. Chefs throughout New Zealand enjoy the textural and flavour differences of our glacial mountain salmon.

Logans Floating Cafe & Restaurant
Logans is our floating cafe, on-site in Twizel. The team uses our salmon for a full "glacier-to-plate" experience. Open 364 days a year, Logans is open during the day from 9am. Evening dining is available Thursday - Monday.
